SCAM!!
Worst app ever. Buy it and you are STILL served ads. Its $1 to download to add ONLY 1 caption text box allowed. If you want to add another caption, you need to pay an additional $1! If you want another color text or font, you need to pay more $$ on top of what youve spent! What trickery. Save your money and take it elsewhere!!

Be very carefull
This app is .99 but it is so basic that you can not even choose the size of the bubble. If you want to do so you must pay another ,99. I wish I could get my money back!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I have never left a review for an app before but I felt strongly that other potential users are aware that you get nothing better than one simple option for your .99 plus a lot of annoying ads. What they dont tell you is that to get any options you have to pay them .99 for each single option....never have I ever felt so cheated or let down by an app I paid for...shame on you...I wish I could get my money back too!!!! :(

May be a ripoff of another app
This appears to be the exact same app as Bubbles - Speech Bubbles & Photo Editing by Toto Ventures. I dont know who is stealing from who, or if the developer has submitted this twice under different app and company names. I did like Bubbles, and paid $2.99 for in-app purchasing of all upgrades. (I did not pay "again" for this apps upgrades.) See my review of Bubbles for more info.
